We gave traditional chocolate mousse a healthy makeover. Whip up this high protein, good-for-you, delicious sweet treat in just minutes.
- 3 small Hass avocados
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
- ½ cup strawberries
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or a blender until smooth. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Top with additional strawberries and shredded coconut. Serve.
